BREATH OF CREATIVITY

Explore depth and creativity in your vessel as we unplug from the daily grind of life whilst feeling inspired and immersed during an intimate 6 night 7 day Pottery and Yoga retreat to the pristine and tropical jungles of Bali.

Freya Bramble-Carter, an international ceramic artist and contestant and judge on the Great Pottery Throwdown will lead the pottery sessions. Freya will share her creative process encouraging you to connect with your inner selves and expand your skills. She will be assisted by Carson Culp, a ceramicist exploring functional pottery as a bridge between art and life, teaching and learning as he travels the Globe.

Tseyang, will lead our wellbeing and mindfulness programme. She shares a passion for connecting nature and the union of body and mind though teaching Hatha yoga, breathing and meditation. With soundbowls and dance, you'll be in for a unique experience.

Expect lots of clay, yoga, natural surroundings, delicious farm to table food, new friends, beautiful stillness, sound healing, walking, waterfalls, swimming, and even more clay.
